Christmas is not the best thing for Frank Malone... the dang terrorist group in the '90s, more weird aggressors in the early '00s, but finally, Frank can breathe easy and just kick back and relax. He retired from the force and his glass walking days are behind him. His past does haunt him though and that's why he comes back every Christmas to Cutieland to kick some butt and see to it that Christmas is safe. Comes with a special item that gives +4 attack and +2 defense, bonus to Exp and a touch of luck.
