The one and only Lady Isra. She is the 1% elite of Tron City, and she made herself in a very lucrative field, where gentle Cuties usually don't succeed. That's what she used in the first place - the looks. They are deceiving. Isra climbed the ladder and, once she reached the top, ruled over the private military sector of TronTek with an iron grip. Not letting anyone get in the way, and those who meddled with set plans were swiftly dealt with. Nowadays, Isra is a much more relaxed Cutie. Something changed with her not so long ago.
